PRIVACY
Privacy information
Pamyn operates the ossfind website and assisted pilot. This notice describes the current public website and pilot service.
Information we process
We process information you send when contacting us, such as your name, work email, organization and enquiry. The pilot processes package ecosystem, package name, exact version, authenticated principal identifier, policy decision, evidence and timestamps. Operational infrastructure may process network and request metadata needed for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use it to respond to enquiries, deliver and support an agreed pilot, evaluate dependencies, maintain decision history, secure the service and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Suppliers
The service uses hosting and public software-evidence providers. Exact package coordinates are sent to the relevant registry or metadata service and OSV to retrieve evidence. When an operator explicitly enables Gemini and a user requests a review brief, a minimized decision projection is sent to Google; source code, credentials and the audit actor are excluded. Payment processing, when activated, is handled by Razorpay under its own notices and checkout terms.
Retention
Enquiry and commercial records are retained as needed for the relationship and legal obligations. Pilot decision and AI review brief retention and deletion are agreed before customer access. The public page does not set advertising cookies; infrastructure providers may maintain operational logs.
Security and rights
We use access controls and reasonable technical measures appropriate to the current pilot. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email pamynllp@pamyn.in. We may need to verify the request.
International use
The service may involve processing outside your country through infrastructure and public evidence providers. Hosting location and any required contractual terms are reviewed during pilot scoping.
