Terms of use

These terms cover this informational website and unaffiliated visitors. A paid pilot begins only under a separately accepted written proposal or order.

Website information

Product descriptions, pilot pricing and availability may change before a written order is accepted. The evaluation console requires authorized credentials and may be unavailable during maintenance.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit secrets or personal data as package coordinates, probe third-party suppliers through the service, or use results as a substitute for required security or legal review.

Evaluation results

Results depend on the selected policy, package metadata and vulnerability information available at evaluation time. An allow outcome is not a warranty, legal opinion, vulnerability-free certification or guarantee of compatibility.

Pilot engagement

The advertised US$249 pilot is a proposed four-week scope for one repository, one supported ecosystem and up to ten developers. Final scope, start date, deliverables, taxes, data handling and payment terms are confirmed in writing. There is no automatic renewal.

Intellectual property

ossfind 0.3.0 and later are proprietary software. Access to the hosted service, deployment materials, integrations, updates and support is granted only under an accepted Pamyn proposal, order or other written commercial agreement. Earlier versions retain the licenses under which they were distributed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this public website is provided without warranties. Any liability terms for a paid pilot are those in the accepted written proposal or order.
